Frontline Intelligence LTD (operating Frontassist.ai) is fully compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK-GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta’s Platform Policies. We believe you should have complete control over your data.

If you no longer wish to use Frontassist.ai and want to completely remove your data from our servers, as well as disconnect our app from your Meta accounts, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Request Data Deletion from Frontassist.ai Server

To permanently delete your account, messaging history, and all associated personal data from our secure databases, please send us an email.

  • Email: support@frontassist.ai
  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
  • Body: Please include the email address or phone number associated with your Frontassist.ai account so we can locate your data.

Note: We will process your complete data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email and provide you with a confirmation once your data has been permanently erased.

Step 2: Disconnect Frontassist.ai from your Meta Account

You can manually revoke Frontassist.ai’s access to your Meta platforms at any time directly through your Facebook or Instagram settings.

To remove our app from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & Privacy.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the “Permissions” section and click Business Integrations (or “Apps and Websites”).
  4. Find Frontassist.ai in the list of active integrations.
  5. Click Remove.

By removing the integration, Frontassist.ai will immediately lose all access to read or send messages on your behalf.
